How many days do I have for a return or exchange?
You can request a one-time size or model change within 14 days from the date you receive the product.
How do I create a return or exchange request?
For exchanges, you must send an e-mail to info@shopseizetheday.com, and for returns, you must send an e-mail to info@shopseizetheday.com, including your name, surname, and order code.
How does the product shipping process work?
Once your exchange request is approved, you can send the product back in the package you received it in, along with the address information and shipping code that will be sent to you.
How long does the return period take?
Once the product is received and inspected, the return or exchange process will be completed within approximately 15 business days.
Which products are not eligible for return or exchange?
Neither returns nor exchanges are possible in the following cases:
- If the product is unused but does not have a label or has lost its originality,
- Damaged due to use (tear, deformation, etc.),
- If there are traces of strong-smelling perfume or deodorant,
- Promotional or complimentary items sent with the product.
Is an invoice necessary?
Since the e-archive invoice is sent via e-mail, you do not have to present it physically.
What happens if there is damage or loss during shipment?
You are responsible for the product sent for exchange until the package reaches Seize The Day. The company is not responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during shipping.
