Returns Policy
DELIVERY
- Your orders 1-7 business days It will be shipped within 24 hours. You can see the delivery times for the products on the product detail pages.
- If the shipping cost of the products sent by Seize The Day is under 3,000 TL, it is the responsibility of our customer, and if it is over 3,000 TL, it is the responsibility of our institution.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
- From the date you order the product You can make a return or a one-time size and model change within 14 days .
- You must send your return request by email to info@shopseizetheday.com . Be sure to include your name, surname, and order code in the email header.
- After creating your return request, you can package the product completely and send it to the address provided to you by e-mail.
- To request an exchange, please send an email to info@shopseizetheday.com . Be sure to include your name, surname, and order code in the email subject.
- Your exchange request will be confirmed via email, and you will receive the address and shipping code for the exchange. You must return the product in the original packaging.
- Products sent via e-mail without a replacement request. WILL NOT BE CHANGED.
- Once the products we receive are reviewed for compliance with the exchange conditions and your exchange request is approved, the new product will be sent to you free of charge.
- Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The refund will be processed by deducting our company's contracted shipping fee from the product price. In the event of an exchange, the customer will return the product to us free of charge using our contracted shipping code.
- Once we receive your product, it will be inspected by the relevant departments and approval will be given for its return. This process takes approximately 15 business days covers.
- Since your e-archive invoice is sent to you via e-mail, you are not required to present the invoice to us for returns.
CHANGE CONDITIONS
- The exchange is a one-time transaction. A second exchange is not possible.

There is absolutely no exchange for products that have been used, lost their originality and have no labels on them.
- Products that are damaged due to use (torn, deformed, broken, etc.) are not accepted for exchange.
- Products that have been tried on while wearing strong-smelling perfumes or deodorant that may leave marks will not be exchanged.
- All returned items will not be exchanged, including free or promotional items sent as part of the order.

For domestic exchange shipments, you must send them with a domestic cargo company. The package remains the customer's responsibility until it reaches the exchange address. Seize The Day assumes no responsibility for packages damaged or lost during shipping. Please ensure your shipments are properly packaged.
